It’s the big reveal! The scaffolding has officially come down on the Rimu apartments and November’s construction update showcases the detailed design of the building’s elegant exterior.
Construction is all-but complete outside, and the focus now moves to the interior where the final touches are being applied to the kitchens, walk-through wardrobes, and bathrooms, and our team is shaping The Botanic’s trademark exterior landscaping. Some of our Rimu residents will be moving in in time for Christmas!

When will the Rimu apartments be ready for residents to move in?
Exterior construction is complete, and the interiors are being finalised. Some Rimu residents are expected to move in by Christmas, with all apartments ready shortly after.
Can I view a completed Rimu apartment before deciding to buy?
Yes! Prospective residents are welcome to visit our Show Home Monday to Friday from 11 am–3 pm, giving you a firsthand experience of our design, finishes, and village lifestyle.
