Enjoy a barista coffee, or a glass of wine or craft beer from our well-appointed bar. Our professional Café team host private functions for Residents, and can accommodate community and business events, as well as private functions. Just a note, we are a cashless establishment – EFTPOS, all major credit cards and mobile payments are welcome.

Job Description
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to kitchen standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively during busy service periods.
- Assist with menu preparation and cater to special dietary requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a professional kitchen.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Understanding of New Zealand food safety requirements.
- Relevant culinary qualifications are an advantage but are not always required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Casual Barista, FOH
The Clubhouse Café is open to the public in addition to the fabulous residents who reside here at The Botanic Hibiscus Coast.
Job Description
- We are seeking a confident and experienced Barista who is confident working front of house.
- The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
