The Botanic Hibiscus Coast
The Botanic Hibiscus Coast is located at 17 Small Road, Silverdale, Auckland, with the Sales Office and Show Home located within the village at 9 Sage Close (turn left at the end of the carpark at our main entrance at Pukanui Place) in Silverdale. There is plenty of parking along Sage Close, or head to The Clubhouse Café and we can meet you there for a chat over a coffee!
Upcoming events
At certain times of the year, we host Open Days and Open Weekends so visitors can enjoy a relaxed look around the village. These events are a great way to tour the homes, experience the village atmosphere, and discover more about life at The Botanic.

Our Open Weekends are a relaxed, informal opportunity to experience what life is like here.
There’s no pressure – just have a look around, ask lots of questions and see if you can imagine yourself living here.
We suggest you start at The Clubhouse Café where you can meet our friendly residents who can organise for The Botanic Buggy to take you for a tour or direct you to one of our show homes – just a few minutes’ walk away. Our show homes are at 12 Bronzewater Drive, 9 Sage Close and 205 Rimu in the Rimu Apartment building on Evergreen Drive and allow you to see first-hand what makes The Botanic the Hibiscus Coast’s premier, luxury retirement village.
