Village Updates

July Drone Footage

This month’s drone update sweeps you across our village, and flies over the Rimu apartments with the newly fitted Roof Tent. The top-floor concrete has now been poured which is a significant milestone in our development.

Construction on the Rimu apartment complex began in September 2023 and is The Botanic Silverdale’s second apartment complex. Once completed later in 2025, the 4,590sqm building will house 32 apartments in three, two, and one-bedroom configurations as well as underground parking.

You can secure an apartment today for a fully refundable $5k deposit, and move in later in 2025.
